This Holiday cottage is located in the heart of the charming medieval village of Besse-et-Saint-Anastaise, with its picturesque pedestrian streets just a stone's throw from the shops.
There's plenty to discover during your stay: the medieval village of Besse, the Super-Besse ski resort just 10 minutes away, numerous hiking trails starting from the gîte, the Lac des Hermines water sports center, zip-lining, tobogganing, snowshoeing, hiking in the Chaudefour Valley, water sports at Lake Chambon, a visit to the Château de Murol, the Saint-Nectaire spa and discover the Auvergne gastronomy: Saint-Nectaire, Fourme d'Ambert, truffade...
This Semi-detached house comprises:
First floor:
- a living room with sitting area and kitchen (hidden in a cupboard)
1st floor (accessed via a spiral staircase) :
- bedroom with double bed (140cm)
- shower room/WC with massage shower and music
2nd floor :
- a sleeping area with a 90cm bed
Free public parking lot 100 meters away.
Please note that the Holiday cottage is not suitable for Kids under 4 because of the spiral staircase, nor for people with mobility difficulties.

Phil Besoin occultation
Gîte très bien placé, fonctionnel et propre. Il faudrait juste pouvoir occulter pour la nuit deux petites fenêtres , une dans chaque chambre, en particulier celle du haut.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (hiver) dans cette petite maison sur 2 étages très confortable et cosy.
Atmosphère cocooning.

Gîte bien situé entre sancy et cezalliers
Salle assez sombre
Extérieur peu utilisable car petit et devant une petite rue assez passante
Matelas très très fermes, mal de dos
Sinon chambres et salle de bains très agréables
Frigo ou une bouteille ne rentre pas debout dans la porte c'est peu fonctionnel
Équipements très bien
Tarif peut être élevé pour les prestations

Tout est petit dans ce gîte mais fonctionnel comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Et c'est ce qui fait son charme. D'où le nom de Little Cocoon. Quant à la situation du gîte, en plein bourg, il se situe dans une ruelle très calme à l'écart des rues passantes.
