To come to l'Etable is to live a 100% Auvergne experience. Enjoy this beautiful Holiday cottage with private Sauna located in Orcival, a pretty village with slate roofs nestled in a valley between the Monts Dôme and Monts Dore. It boasts one of the five most beautiful Romanesque churches in the region: Notre-Dame-d'Orcival. Stone, wood and metal, noble materials for a top-quality Holiday cottage with impeccable finishings. As you enter, you'll fall under the spell of the living room with its majestic exposed beams. The wood-burning stove, enthroned in the center of the room, will accompany you with its gentle warmth and lively flame. The rest of the house is full of surprises. A well-equipped kitchen, elegantly comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms made of stone and glass. The outdoor spaces are not to be outdone, with a beautiful terrace for summer evenings. A catering service is also available, for a small additional charge.

This Holiday cottage on the first floor of an old barn recently tastefully renovated in a chic Countryside style comprises :
- A large living room with pellet stove
- A semi-open kitchen
- A cellar

3 steps lead up to the sleeping area:
- Two bedrooms with a 160x200 bed (can be split into 2 x80)
- A separate toilet
- A shower room
- One bedroom with a 160x200 bed (can be separated into 2 x80) and private bathroom
- A laundry room
- A large terrace overlooking enclosed grounds.

The Sauna is located in a small stone house overlooking the terrace (access from outside).

This large stone house, typical of the region, comfortably accommodates two holiday cottages, "La Grange" (63G1201 / 8 people) and "L'Etable" (63G1200 / 6 people). The two Holiday cottages can be rented together, for a total of 15 people.
