Located in a hamlet of Saint-Nectaire producers, the Holiday cottage L'Estivadoux welcomes you to the heart of a calm, natural and unspoilt environment, a stone's throw from the medieval village of Besse, one of the most beautiful sites in the Massif du Sancy.
An ideal place to recharge your batteries, discover the local flavours and enjoy a wide choice of activities in all seasons.
This charming stone-built house has been lovingly renovated, and offers large, convivial spaces:
First floor:
A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining room
A cosy living room with wood-burning stove, perfect for winter evenings
-A mezzanine with reading corner and table soccer, for young and old alike
-Separate WC
-A laundry room
1st floor :
-A bedroom with a 160cm bed
-A bedroom with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed
Each bedroom has its own shower room and private WC.
2nd floor:
-Two bedrooms with the same layout, one with a 160cm bed and the other with a 90cm bed on a mezzanine floor, each with its own shower room and private WC.
You can also enjoy the 800m² grounds with family or friends. The Holiday cottage is equipped with a ski room, a ski boot dryer and a bike room.

la Mifa rêve de Noêl
Nous rêvions d'un NOEL familial enneigé confortable et dépaysant
Nous l'avons trouvé à l'Estivadoux.
La qualité du gîte et de ses prestations haut de gamme, le paysage environnant vu sous le gel,la neige et le soleil donnent un sentiment de rêve, particulièrement en cette période festive.

Magnifique séjour à l'Estivadoux dans un très beau gîte, très propre, bien équipé et très bien situé. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles pour que le séjour se passe dans de très bonnes conditions.

Ericka Confort idéal
Le gîte est superbe, décoré avec goût, et la literie est parfaite (confort hôtellerie !). Nous avons été très bien reçus, le propriétaire est très accueillant, et de bons conseils pour les visites et randonnées.
La jolie ville de Besse est seulement à quelques minutes en voiture, et il y a nombreuses choses à voir autour du gîte. Coup de coeur pour le lac Pavin, avec belle randonnée au départ du gîte.
Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances en famille (2 couples, et 4 enfants), et nous recommandons fortement ce gîte.- Cleanliness

Steven Spacious house in the beautiful countryside
A friendly welcome from the owner. The house was comfortable and spacious for our family with three adult children. The kitchen invites you to cook extensively. We enjoyed the peaceful rural setting and took many walks. Plenty of tourist information available in the house.

Pesci04 Vraiment superbe !
Gîte en tout point remarquable. Le prix est justifié.Il ne manque vraiment rien. De plus, le beau temps a été avec nous. L'environnement est magnifique. Balades à pied ou à vélo au départ du gîte. La cité médiévale de Besse est à visiter.
