In the heart of the Sancy massif, in a quiet and peaceful hamlet of producers of St Nectaire in the medieval village of Besse, this exposed stone house offers on the ground floor: kitchen with dining room, living room with stove, mezzanine with reading corner and baby- football, a separate toilet and utility room. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom for 2 people (160x200 bed) and 1 bedroom for 3 people (1 160x200 bed and 1 90x200 bed). On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms for 3 people (1 160x200 bed and 1 90x200 bed on the mezzanine). All rooms are equipped with their private bathroom and WC. Linens provided. 800m² of land. Geothermal heating included. Ski room, ski boot dryer, bike room. Shops and services 4km away. Activities: hikes and cross-country ski runs from the gîte, Super-Besse ski resort at 9km, Pavin lake, nautical base at Lac des Hermines, Murol castle, etc.

de très belles et grandes chambres équipées avec chacune leur salle de bain et wc;
une cuisine extrêmement bien équipée et conviviable.
excellent accueil avec cadeau de bienvenu qui a été très apprécié par tout le groupe.
Gite à découvrir car c'est une très belle rénovation.

Excellent séjour
5/5Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en janvier à l’Estivadoux, tout est fait pour y être bien, il est vaste, bien équipé et surtout bien chauffé. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Situé en pleine campagne, des balades démarrent dès la sortie du gîte. Nous étions 3 couples et nous recommandons ce gîte à l’unisson.
