Situated in the heart of the village of Saint-Ignat, this Holiday cottage welcomes you in a beautiful stone house full of charm, ideal for a convivial stay with family or friends. The Holiday cottage has five bedrooms, each with its own private shower room and WC, offering comfort and privacy to all occupants. Semi-detached from the owner's house, the Holiday cottage benefits from total independence thanks to its own private entrance. In fine weather, you can take advantage of an outdoor swimming pool, unheated but covered, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., from June 1 to September 30. For everyone's safety, Kids must be supervised by an adult. An outdoor shower is also available near the Piscine. The use of the Piscine is not allowed to people not staying in the Holiday cottage. For your relaxation and enjoyment, the Holiday cottage also features a ping-pong table, darts, palets vendéens and a barbecue for convivial outdoor meals.

The Holiday cottage comprises on the first floor: - a large entrance hall - a kitchen - a living/dining room On the 1st floor: - the Roses bedroom with a double bed (140cm), en-suite shower room and separate toilet - the Pensées bedroom with a double bed (140cm), en-suite shower room and separate toilet - the Bleuets bedroom with a double bed (140cm), en-suite shower room and separate toilet On the 2nd floor:
- Sunflower room with a double bed (140) and a single bed (120), en-suite shower room and separate WC - Mint room with a double bed (180) and a single bed (90), en-suite shower room and separate WC Private parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity of the house.
Finally, an enclosed barn is available for bikes, motorcycles or classic cars, a real asset for enthusiasts of two-wheelers or vintage vehicles. Dogs are welcome (the owners have one themselves), but cats are not accepted.
