Situated in the Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park, in the hamlet of "Les City", this stone house enjoys a quiet, leafy setting. Semi-detached from the owners' house, it's the ideal place for a relaxing stay in the heart of nature.
Lovers of nature and wide-open spaces will appreciate the diversity of nearby activities: Hiking and mountain bike trails, swimming and water sports at the Cunlhat lake and the Aubusson-d'Auvergne lake, The Holiday cottage comprises :
- A kitchen opening onto a dining/living area with convertible sofa-bed - A bedroom with a double bed - A shower room - A separate toilet Outside, you'll enjoy a terrace with an unobstructed view, as well as a parking area offering a beautiful view of the Château de Mauzun. Nearby, you can discover many of the region's châteaux, including Château des Martinanches, Château de Montmorin, Château de Ravel, Château d'Aulteribe and Château de Mauzin, as well as the heritage sites and Museums of Olliergues, Thiers and Lezoux.
You can also discover the medieval town of Billom and its Monday morning Market, the outdoor activities at Col de Toutée (accrobranche), the Cunlhat Golf course and the equestrian centers.
Around 60 km away, you'll find the Panoramique des Dômes, the AGRIVAP tourist train between Ambert and La Chaise Dieu, the Ambert velo-rail and the famous round town hall and Richard de Bas mill. Shops and services in Saint-Dier-d'Auvergne (6km), Cunlhat (7km) and Courpière (12km). Inn in Ceilloux (2.5 km). 1 pet allowed Non-smoking Holiday cottage

Gîte bien aménagé, confortable, au calme. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires (petites attentions à notre arrivée et au cours du séjour). Nombreux sentiers de randonnée à proximité. Un plus pour un dépaysement total.

Jojo Séjour estival aux tilleuls
Comme lors de nos précédents séjours, nous sommes toujours autant conquis par le lieu, la vue, le jardin et surtout la disponibilité et l'immense gentillesse des propriétaires. Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce gîte à tous les amoureux de la nature et du calme. Nous y reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir.

Un gîte idéal pour des vacances au calme.
Parfaitement équipé, le gîte de Mr et Mme Berody contient tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances, barbecue, transats, que faut il de plus pour illustrer le mot "vacances".
Vous pourrez profiter de sublimes couchés de soleil sur le château de Mauzun. Le petit jardin permet aux bambins de jouet en sécurité. Quand à l'intérieur du gîte, rien ne manque. Que ce soit la vaisselle, le couchage ou les rangements tout est idéal.
Un accueil chaleureux, qui fait que l'on s'y sent bien très rapidement. Des conseils de visites, ou de commerces locaux très utiles.
En bref si vous cherchez un lieu reposant : n'hésitez plus ! C'EST ICI !!!
