Come and stay in this Bed and breakfast with private entrance, located close to the City but in the Countryside (900 meters from the streetcar station). You'll be ideally situated to take advantage of activities in Clermont-Ferrand or to go Hiking and discover the volcanoes and the Chaîne des Puys. The owner will be delighted to share his knowledge of the area and its many attractions with you.

For total comfort, you'll have a large bedroom (20m²) with two 90cm beds that can be converted into a 180cm bed, a large bathroom with shower and bath, and a small private kitchen.
Beautiful wooden terrace overlooking the City and Countryside.
A small private kitchen is at your disposal to prepare your meals (breakfast available in the kitchen: coffee/milk/tea/white cheese/butter/jam/fruit/toaster bread).

One small dog (under 7 kg) allowed on request.

Tout est au top !

Nous avons été bien accueillis/ L'appartement est très confortable et très bien décoré. Il ne manque rien! Et la vue depuis la terrasse est magique, de nuit comme au lever du jour !

Beau séjour

Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire,le gîte est très bien situé, au calme avec une vue géniale.
Tout est fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien, la propreté, la qualité de la literie, le petit déjeuner, un jardin magnifique.
