Perched on the heights of La Bourboule, this beautiful, newly-renovated, detached stone house invites you to take a step back... and breathe. Here, time seems to slow down, lulled by the silence of the mountains and the changing light over the Sancy mountains.
Behind its charming stone walls, you'll discover a cosy, bright interior, designed to blend modern comfort with authenticity. Three bedrooms welcome your tribe (or friends) for peaceful nights, while the living room opens generously onto a large private garden: lawn, greenery, freedom.
From morning to night, the view is an invitation to contemplation. Breakfast overlooking the peaks, a siesta in the shade of a tree, an aperitif in the setting sun... everything here exudes the feeling of a real vacation.
Just a few minutes from the center of La Bourboule, its Thermal baths and trails, this Holiday cottage is a bubble of pure air, a refuge for reconnecting with nature and the essentials.
The Holiday cottage is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A living room - open kitchen with a pellet stove (pellets supplied)
- A laundry room
- A separate toilet
Half a floor higher :
- An attic bedroom with two 90cm beds
Second floor:
- A bedroom with a bed 140
- A bedroom with a 160cm bed and TV
- A shower room / wc

Outside, access to a terrace and garden in front of the Holiday cottage equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol - with a breathtaking view of the Monts du Sancy.
Garage for one car available. Private parking for two cars.
Optional bed linen and towels on request 15€/bed/week
Possibility of recharging electric vehicles for a flat fee of €25/vehicle/week.
