The Holiday cottage "Les Sources de l'Étang" welcomes you in a calm and preserved environment, a stone's throw from the Volcans d'Auvergne and the Massif du Sancy.
Ideal for a stay with family or friends, it offers an exceptional natural setting in which to recharge your batteries and take full advantage of outdoor activities.
This Holiday cottage, adjoining an apartment, has its own entrance and is not overlooked.
It can accommodate 4 to 6 people and is located opposite a Fishing pond (rowing boat, pedal boat and fishing rods available).
The Holiday cottage is located on the owners' sheep farm, just 50 meters from their house.
Offering views of the Mountain, the accommodation features a terrace with barbecue and sun loungers, large adjoining green spaces.
You can enjoy Hiking in the mountains, strolling around the lakes, visiting the castles, tasting our cheeses, and so much more.
First floor:
-A kitchen opening onto the living room with pellet stove for cosy warmth in winter;
-A shower room with WC

-An attic bedroom with a 140cm bed;
-An attic bedroom with two 90cm beds;
- A mezzanine floor (with two additional bed-warmers convertible into 80cm beds: 20€/pers/week);
- An independent WC
30€ charge for recharging electric vehicles on site, or public charging points 3 km away.

Sandrine Gite très agréable et confortable

Les normandes Semaine détente
Semaine détente dans ce gîte au calme et chaleureux avec vue sur l’étang et les montagnes. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et gentils, ils nous offrent l’amour de leur région. De plus découverte avec le propriétaire pour sa passion de l’ ULM où nous sommes revenues avec des souvenirs plein la tête!! Merci à vous.

Ricou La saint Sylvestre a saint Julien puy laveze
Nous avons pu passer une semaine formidable. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir 100% de beaux temps.
Nous avons été reçu de manière formidable.Gary nous a fait découvrir les bergeries et son métier. Marjolaine nous a fait découvrir ses productions.
La maman de marjolaine nous a reçu très gentillement.
Nous avons beaucoup échangé avec son papa .le gite est super bien équipé avec une literies de très bonne qualité. Une décoration de Noël avec un superbe sapin et de très bon chocolat. Encore merci à vous quatre.- Cleanliness
