In the resort town of Mont-Dore, 350 meters from the Thermal bath, two charming ground-floor studios—sunny, bright, and quiet—with panoramic views of Mont-Dore, direct access to the terrace and garden, and a private entrance off the terrace. They are located in a house that includes several apartments as well as the owners’ home.
Access is via an outdoor staircase made of Volvic stone. These two studios have separate entrances and are therefore completely private when rented together. They can be rented separately upon request to the owner. These are two studios that can be combined; they are adjoining and can accommodate 2 to 6 people together.

Each apartment consists of:
- a living room/kitchenette with a 140-size bed and a convertible sofa (sleeps 2); complete darkness for a good night’s sleep is guaranteed with electric shutters.
- a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
- Wall-mounted flat-screen TV

Outside: shared fenced-in yard, private terrace with patio furniture for outdoor dining.

Central heating. Utility fee of 80€/week. Wi-Fi. Free public parking lot in front. Shops and services on-site. Free shuttle buses to the ski slopes and thermal baths stop right in front of the property. Pet fee per week: €70
