Do you dream of nature? Then this traditional house is for you! The 950m2 grounds will delight young and old alike, with their views over fields and hills. The warmth of wood and stone make this house a real cocoon for gatherings around the fire in winter or on the shady, flower-filled terrace in summer. There's no shortage of walks and landscapes to discover in all seasons in the surrounding area. Off the beaten track but close to places of interest, you'll enjoy an authentic stay in the Auvergne!
The house comprises on the ground floor:
-a kitchen opening onto the living room
-laundry room
-separate WC
First floor: -two bedrooms
-two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm)
-one bedroom with two 90cm beds
-bathroom with shower, bath and WC
Heating is not included in the price (between 50 & 100€).
August 9-11: hill-climbing on site. Access from the bottom of the valley. "Pass to be requested from the organizers (one pass per person).

Gite très bien situé dans une très belle région.
Maison, harmonieuse, très bien tenue, de multiples attentions aux locataires. Petit village au calme avec une auberge à deux pas. Idéal pour découvrir la région et faire de belles balades en montagne. Gîte spacieux avec un bel Espace extérieur. Les propriétaires sympathiques.Tout est bien. !!!!- Cleanliness

nanou charentais en vacances
nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce gite près de la vallée de Chaudefour ,gite très confortable bien aménagé ,propriétaire charmant ,la brioche d,accueil excellente .Gite à recommander ,merci à Mr et Mme Desserre .

Mix Super séjour à Chambon-sur-lac
Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans ce gîte où tout était parfait et qui est tout près de la Vallée de Chaudefour (un endroit magnifique où l'on peut faire de la randonnée, de l'escalade, aller voir des cascades). Merci pour l'accueil !

Elisa Au calme à la campagne/montagne auvergnate
Gîte parfaitement équipé, situé dans un hameau au calme à 1200 mètres d’altitude. Propriétaires à l’écoute, joignables facilement et charmants en plus. Literie très confortable. Le seul petit bémol pour nous, mais vraiment minime, est la largeur du lit en 140 car nous sommes habitués à un 160… Les commerces sont à environ 10 minutes en voiture. La maison a le charme de l’ancien avec pierres et bois mais est spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Nous y avons passé une semaine parfaite !
