Ideally located for ski and Hiking enthusiasts, it offers direct access to the slopes in winter and to the Sancy trails in summer. Completely renovated, this cozy little nest combines modernity and mountain atmosphere for an unforgettable vacation. And the icing on the cake: your four-legged friends are welcome! Doggies are accepted, so don't hesitate to bring your faithful friend along to share these moments in the mountains.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, accessible by stairs, and comprises :

-kitchen
-living/dining room
-bedroom with double bed (140cm)
-a sleeping area opening onto the living room with two bunk beds (the top bunk is not suitable for kids under 6)
-bathroom with bath and WC

Outdoor parking is available in front of the residence. A private storage room in the garage is available for skis and bikes.
