Enjoy this Holiday cottage ideally located in the heart of the quiet City of Le Mont Dore, with a 20m² enclosed garden on the banks of the Dordogne River, opposite the funicular railway. Holiday cottage on the first floor of the owners' house, which also includes two apartments.

The Holiday cottage is composed as follows:

- living room/kitchen opening onto the garden
- bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and two single beds (90cm), one of which is a bunk bed (top bunk not suitable for children under 6)
- a shower room
- separate WC
- Enclosed garden with private garden furniture
- Parking in front of Holiday cottage

Shared washing machine and dryer in laundry room (basement shared by 3 apartments)

Numerous leisure activities are available nearby. You'll find the Le Mont-Dore ski resort just 3.8 km away, offering Alpine skiing. For outdoor enthusiasts, there are activities such as hiking and mountain biking, as well as cross-country skiing at Le Capucin. The puy de Sancy is another must-see attraction. The Thermal baths at Le Mont-Dore are perfect for relaxation. There's also an ice rink and bowling alley. The City of La Bourboule and the Nautical Base at Lake Chambon round off this diverse offering. Shops and services are also available on site.
Please note that the owners only allow a maximum of one pet in their Holiday cottage.
