This detached Chalet, located in a peaceful hamlet in the heart of the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne, is ideal for enjoying nature and the many Hiking trails nearby. It sits on a wooded plot of land shared with a similar chalet, not overlooked, close to the medieval town of Besse, Murol castle and Saint-Nectaire, between snow (Super-Besse 18km away) and swimming (Lake Chambon 10km away).
It comprises :
- an open-plan living room/kitchen opening onto a private terrace with garden furniture
- bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm)
- bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm)
- a shower room
- an independent toilet.
Sanitary facilities equipped with grab bars for easy access by people with reduced mobility.
Shops and services 4 and 10km away.
Please note that the owners only allow a maximum of one pet in their Holiday cottage.
