Renovated former farmhouse with 2 semi-detached dwellings, located near the Bois de Pionsat, which was successively the shelter of the druids in the Middle Ages, the haunt of salt smugglers under the Ancien Régime and the refuge of the Nestor Perret resistance fighters from 1943 onwards. The quality of the Douglas fir plantation is also a notable feature of this woodland.., with Hiking possibilities.
The Holiday cottage comprises: Ground floor: - large entrance hall with table for 6/8 people - dining room with table for 19 people - living room - professional kitchen - shower room - WC - room for 70 people (extra charge) 1st floor: four bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room/WC -> - one bedroom with two 90cm bunk beds (the top bunk bed is forbidden to Kids under 6) and one 90cm bed - one bedroom with four 90cm beds (2X2 bunk beds (the top bunk beds are forbidden to Kids under 6)) - one bedroom with three 90cm beds - one bedroom with three 90cm beds 2nd floor with sloping ceilings: - one dormitory with seven 90cm beds, three washbasins, one shower, one WC DDJS approval.
Unenclosed grounds shared with 2nd Holiday cottage, orchard, terrace, Good to know : Possibility of renting 2 additional Holiday cottages: 400008 and 63757 + room for 70 people (extra charge).

Philippe Très bon we entre amis
Très bon we passé entre amis en louant les 2 gîtes accolés, tous les 2 très bien équipés. Un grand merci à Annick Laurent pour l'accueil toujours très sympathique, nous revenons tous les ans et nous ne sommes jamais déçus. Le parc est magnifique et parfait pour les enfants.

NR Très belle découverte !
Le gîte est spacieux, confortable et idéalement situé pour profiter des alentours. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté irréprochable et le cadre reposant. L’accueil a été chaleureux et convivial, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Parfait pour se ressourcer en toute tranquillité.

Séjour très agréable, ce n'est pas la première fois que nous louant, nous sommes fans de ce gîte depuis environ plus de 20 ans pour des baptêmes, anniversaires, communion etc. nous reviendrons certainement encore et encore.

VBR On ne peut réver mieux
Nous nous sommes réunis à 27 sur les 3 gites du site pour faire de la musique pendant une semaine. Les conditions sont absolument parfaites pour ce projet que nous réalisons tous les ans. Le site et son parc, sa vue, les conditions de vie sur place et les équipements sont très appréciés; le tout accompagné par un accueil sans faille et bienveillant.
