- bedroom with 1 double bed (access from outside the house)

1st floor:
- bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 2 bunk beds (90cm) (upper bed is not suitable for children under 6)
- bathroom with WC

You'll enjoy a lovely terrace and exterior with unobstructed views of the surrounding forest.
Access to the gîte is via a tarmac road.

Numerous leisure activities are available nearby, including fishing in the Burande, outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, etc.), the nautical base at La Tour d'Auvergne, downhill skiing at Chastreix, cross-country skiing at La Tour d'Auvergne, the La Bourboule thermal baths, the Bort les Orgues dam, the Val castle, among others...
