Perched high above the village of La Miouze, this brand-new Holiday cottage welcomes you to a peaceful setting with a breathtaking view of the Puy-de-Dôme countryside, the Chaîne des Puys and the Massif du Sancy.
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, it offers a beautiful living room bathed in natural light, opening onto a large, unobstructed terrace: the ideal place to enjoy an al fresco meal, admire a sunset or simply enjoy the peace and quiet of the Countryside.
This Holiday cottage harmoniously blends contemporary comfort with old-world charm: authentic features, modern equipment and meticulous decoration combine to create an atmosphere that's both warm and elegant.
An ideal place to spend time with family and friends, close to the Auvergne volcanoes, hiking trails, cross-country skiing and downhill skiing/snowshoeing at the Mont Dore and Super Besse resorts.

Alexis Excellent gite
Super séjour passé dans ce gite avec vue exceptionnelle sur le massif du Sancy et Puy de Dôme !
Le gite en lui même est très confortable, fonctionnel et bien agencé.
Le grand terrain clos est un gros plus pour les chiens.
L'isolement du gite en fait un parfait endroit pour profiter au maximum de ce cadre magnifique. La route en contrebas où passe quelques voitures n'est pas réellement un problème, le trafic étant léger.
Super séjour, nous pensons y retourner prochainement.

Nelly Super lieu, maison très agréable
Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement par Monsieur Fabie. Nous avons eu de belles surprises de bienvenue (rafraîchissements, fromage, douceurs sucrées).
La maison est spacieuse et très agréable, l’extérieur encore plus sympa (terrain spacieux, fleurs magnifiques…). Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse pour les repas, même pendant les journées les plus chaudes de l’été, au calme et avec la vue sur le puy de dôme. Top !
