This Chalet offers the perfect amount of privacy for a rejuvenating stay! Located on a plot of land just a stone's throw from the Hiking trails, you'll have a feeling of space!
The spacious, light-filled living room, with its large picture windows, creates a cosy atmosphere where you can relax on the armchair or sofa overlooking the garden.
Enjoy the charm of the surrounding countryside while relaxing in this mountain cocoon, with its cosy atmosphere and privileged Location. Close to the "star" of the department: the Puy-de-Dôme, Vulcania, Lemptégy, Lake Aydat, the Auvergne ski slopes, the City of Royat or the "capital": Clermont-Ferrand, your stay between city and mountain will be punctuated by the many activities to discover in the surrounding area!

The Holiday cottage is on the 1st floor (accessible via a steep outside staircase):
- living room
- fitted kitchen
- a shower room
- separate toilet
- a small living room for extra sleeping space or for Kids

Upstairs (steep interior staircase) :
- bedroom with 160cm bed
- bedroom with two 80cm beds

A veranda is located on the first floor, with a multi-purpose room and laundry area.
Garage for small car or bikes/motorbikes. Electric vehicle charging not possible on site.
