Stay in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne in the village of Saint-Sauves-d'Auvergne! This pleasant gîte, renovated in 2021, adjoins the owner's house. On the same level, it comprises a large living room with open kitchen and pellet stove (pellets: 1 bag included, then €5/bag), a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. The living room is equipped with a large-screen TV with speakers. We love the brightness and the lovely view of the surrounding mountains and nature! Outside, you'll enjoy a 60 m² terrace with views of the Sancy massif, garden furniture and plancha! For your comfort, heating is included and bed linen is provided. WIFI ACCESS. Free public parking 20 m or 150 m away. Numerous leisure activities nearby: outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, etc.), La Bourboule and Le Mont-Dore spas, Le Mont-Dore ski resort, La Tour d'Auvergne water sports center. Local shops and services. The gîte is located above the D966 road.

Zabou Séjour à St Sauves d'Auvergne
séjour aux Cocottes
Gîte à recommander. Propriétaire très accueillante, discrète, mais à notre écoute si besoin. Le gîte est très confortable et fonctionnel,(peut-être penser à revoir la porte de douche qui n'est pas très facile à coulisser).
Sur la terrasse une super vue nous est offerte vers la campagne et les monts d'Auvergne.
