This beautiful stone house adjoining a barn is located in the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, close to the spa town of Châtel-Guyon, the Puy de Dôme and its panoramic train, the Vulcania and Volcan de Lemptégy leisure parks, the Veygoux manor house, Edmond's mill, Volvic and Riom, Ville d'Art. Numerous mountain bike and hiking trails are within easy reach of the gîte. The first floor comprises a kitchen, living room and WC. On the 1st floor are a first bedroom (1 bed 140x190), a second bedroom (3 beds 90x190) and a shower room with WC. You will be charged €70/week for oil-fired heating, or €10/night for short stays. Take full advantage of the pleasant outdoor space with terrace and garden (not enclosed) in a quiet, peaceful hamlet. Shops and services 4.5 km away.

5/5Le gîte est spacieux, bien agencé, il ne manque rien et si besoin, les propriétaires très accueillants pourraient répondre aux demandes.
Le prix du chauffage est clairement établi et peut être revu à la baisse en fonction de la consommation.
Gîte situé au NO de Riom ; il est suffisamment éloigné de Riom pour être au calme et cependant pas trop pour bénéficier de toutes les commodités (entre 15' et 20' en voiture des principaux commerces) ; et on est proche de plusieurs lieux de randonnées sans faire beaucoup de kilomètres.- Cleanliness 5/5
