Le Sancy

In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, this beautiful house, adjoining the owners' home, offers two gîtes.
The first floor features a shared entrance, a wellness area with spa (subject to regulations and not open daily) and an elevator.
On the 1st floor, the Le Sancy gîte is designed for 9 people: a kitchen opening onto a Gllum is cool dining room and living room, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), a shower room with WC.
2nd floor: two bedrooms with 3 80cm beds, bathroom and separate WC.
Electric heating included. A magnificent private terrace with 380° panoramic views of the Sancy massif. 66 m2 room shared with gîte 63G1250, in the former cowshed, with several comfort features: a reading-library area, a relaxation area, with leather sofas, and a ping pong table (not heated). Beautiful exterior.
