Exceptional location and detached house just a stone's throw from the winter sports resort of Le Mont-Dore! Enjoy the fresh mountain air and magnificent scenery! Gîte located in the heart of the Massif du Sancy, in an unspoilt hamlet at 1175m altitude for an authentic stay!
The first floor comprises:
-a living room/kitchen with a real inglenook fireplace
-bathroom

-large storeroom/ski room
Second floor:
-bedroom with 160cm bed
-bedroom with double bed (140cm)
-bedroom with two 90cm beds
In the heart of unspoilt countryside, you'll enjoy a 3000m² outdoor space with trees and no overlooking, including garden furniture and a barbecue. Heating and wood included. Private parking lot. Numerous leisure activities nearby: Le Mont-Dore ski resort just 5.2 km away, outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, etc.), cross-country skiing, accrobranche and tyrolienne at Le Capucin, snowshoeing starting at the foot of the gîte, Le Puy de Sancy, Le Mont-Dore thermal baths, skating rink, bowling alley, town of La Bourboule, Lac Chambon water sports center, etc.

Localisation idéale au départ des itinéraires de rando pour se lancer à l'assaut du Sancy. Gîte parfaitement équipé très cosy avec extérieur nature le tout à 2mn des commerces du Mont Dore. Je recommande vivement !

SOSL Vacances en famille
Bel endroit, aussi bien à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. L'accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux. De nombreuses activités sont disponibles à proximité. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille.

Erika Un séjour idilique
Des propriétaires très investis, qui aiment leur gîte et qui font tout ce qu'il faut pour que nous nous y sentions bien.
La décoration magnifique et le confort au rendez-vous avec de très bonnes ondes, ce à quoi je suis sensible.
Un grand jardin, avec piste de luge intégrée (la neige est tombée en abondance la nuit suivant notre arrivée).

Claire V Un petit paradis !
Nous avons passé une semaine géniale en famille avec nos jumeaux de 4 ans et leur grand-parents ! Gîte idéal pour 6 personnes, tout équipé avec même des jeux pour les enfants, des luges et une cheminée pour les soirées télé ou jeu au coin du feu. La situation est top, à 5 minutes du Mont-Dore, à 3 minutes des pistes de ski de fond, raquettes ou randonnées et à 10 minutes de la station de ski et du Téléphérique du Sancy. Nous avons pu faire de la luge dans le jardin et un bonhomme de neige dès notre arrivée le samedi : royal ! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir :-)
