The first floor comprises:
-a living room/kitchen with a real inglenook fireplace
-bathroom

-large storeroom/ski room
Second floor:
-bedroom with 160cm bed
-bedroom with double bed (140cm)
-bedroom with two 90cm beds
In the heart of unspoilt countryside, you'll enjoy a 3000m² outdoor space with trees and no overlooking, including garden furniture and a barbecue. Heating and wood included. Private parking lot. Numerous leisure activities nearby: Le Mont-Dore ski resort just 5.2 km away, outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, etc.), cross-country skiing, accrobranche and tyrolienne at Le Capucin, snowshoeing starting at the foot of the gîte, Le Puy de Sancy, Le Mont-Dore thermal baths, skating rink, bowling alley, town of La Bourboule, Lac Chambon water sports center, etc.

Petite maison sympa sur les hauteurs du Mont Dore. Bonne situation pour visiter les sites environnants.. le sancy, les fontaines pétrifiantes, les fermes, le lac chambon, le funiculaire du capucin.. avec le soleil... nous avons passé un bon week-end et recommandons cette location.

Thomas Un jolie moment en famille dans la neige
Super moment passé au gîte, merci à Stéphane pour l'accueil, tout était parfait, l'espace salon avec la cheminée est un vrai bonheur. Nous espérons revenir l'été pour admirer les paysages et faire des promenades en famille.

Fiona Superbe maison de vacances en pleine nature
Très beau séjour en pleine nature dans un superbe maison très bien aménagée et propre. Un lieu très calme, idéal pour accueillir une famille avec enfants. Les propriétaire ont été adorables et très accueillants en mettant divers jouets à disposition de nos enfants tant à l’intérieur que dans la partie extérieure qui permet au petits de se défouler dans un grand espace en toute sécurité.
