Charming Holiday cottage in a former priory, located in Montaigut-le-Blanc, an authentic medieval village with the "petites cités de caractère" label, ideally situated between the lakes and volcanoes of the Auvergne to discover the landscapes of the Sancy, the Puy-de-Dôme, numerous villages, castles and Romanesque churches. Semi-detached house with owner's house.

The highlight of this house is its exterior, a haven of peace, with several gardens and two terraces. You'll enjoy a terrace with garden furniture adjoining the gîte, and another terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue, with a breathtaking view over the village of Montaigut-le-Blanc (this terrace is accessed by 5 stone steps). In spring, you'll be amazed by the wisteria and peonies in bloom.

There are many villages to visit nearby: Saint-Nectaire, Murol, Besse and Saint Anastaise, Issoire, Saint-Saturnin, Montpeyroux, as well as the Jonas caves, the Gergovie plateau, the Puy du Sancy and Puy-de-Dôme (panoramic train), Lake Chambon, Lake Aydat, Lake Pavin...

For Hiking enthusiasts, there are seven trails starting from the village.

-a small bedroom (8 m²) with a double bed (140cm) (additional person accepted free of charge)
-a bathroom (bathtub accessible by a step)
-separate WC
