Ground floor: kitchen/dining room with fireplace and outdoor terrace. 1st floor: living room with convertible sofa, wc. 2nd floor: bedroom (1 double bed, 1 cot), shower room and balcony with beautiful view of the Limagne. Unfenced land, large green space with swimming pool (available Monday to Friday) and fruit trees. Pond. Private sheltered car park. Free sheets, towels and wood. Electric heating included. Shops and services in Riom 2km. 15 minutes from the Grande Halle d'Auvergne and the Zenith.

5/5Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub auf diesem Anwesen.Es hat einfach alles gestimmt,besonders der herzliche Empfang unserer Vermieter sei hervorzuheben,man fühlte sich sofort zu Hause.Die beiden haben uns gute Tipps gegeben was wir in der schönen Auvergne anstellen können.Wir haben auf dem Anwesen die Ruhe und vor allem den schönen Pool genossen und uns sehr gut erholt.Leider war eine Woche zu kurz um die Umgebung zu erkunden.Also werden wir bestimmt nochmal zurück kehren.Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen,ein tolles Erlebnis.Vielen Dank an Susy und Yvon.

5/5Nous avons passé de superbes vacances au Pigeonnier avec notre bébé de 8 mois.
Très agréable accueille de Suzy et Yvon avec de délicates attentions.
Le gîte atypique est cosy et très très bien équipé.
Les espaces verts sont très bien entretenus et végétalisés.
Les propriétaires sont discrets, disponible et fort sympathiques. Nous avons été très bien conseillé tant sur les visites que la gastronomie de la région.

Vacances formidables
5/5Vacances formidables, comme l'an dernier nous avons eu la joie de retrouver ce merveilleux endroit qu'est le gîte du pigeonnier! Suzy et Yvon nous ont reçus avec une grande gentillesse, nous ont offert les bons légumes de leur jardin, souriants et de bons conseils pour visiter la superbe région du Puy-de-Dôme! Tellement heureux de notre séjour que nous avons décidé de revenir l'an prochain!
