Nearby, there are a number of Hiking trails to discover the surrounding villages. You can walk on the Plateau de Gergovie, which offers a 360° panorama of the Auvergne, visit the Grande Halle d'Auvergne, the Zenith, the Vulcania leisure park, not forgetting Clermont-Ferrand with its Gothic cathedral built of lava stone.
