Nearby, several hiking trails will take you on a journey of discovery through the surrounding villages. You can take a walk on the Gergovie Plateau, which offers a 360° panoramic view of the Auvergne region, close to the Grande Halle d’Auvergne, the Zénith, the Vulcania theme park, the Via Allier, and—not to mention—Clermont-Ferrand with its Gothic cathedral built of lava stone.
