Holiday cottage ideally located in the heart of La Bourboule, a charming spa town, from where you'll discover a host of activities: Parc Fenestre 200 m away (a magnificent 12-hectare wooded area with games for Kids), La Tour d'Auvergne water sports center, horse-riding center and golf course at Le Mont-Dore, downhill skiing at Chastreix or Le Mont Dore... Sancy shuttle bus 200 m away.
This detached house is ideal for a stay with family or friends. You'll enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden with a terrace and a lawned area, complete with garden furniture and sitting area.
Holiday cottage includes:
First floor:
- an entrance hall
- a large living room with kitchen opening onto a lounge-dining room
- a shower room with WC
1st floor :
- bedroom with two 90cm beds
- bedroom with double bed (140cm) and corner shower room (shower and basin)
- separate WC
Garden Cabin for storing skis and/or bicycles.
Please note: we do not offer a cleaning package; the Holiday cottage must be left clean on departure.

Sophie Court séjour en Auvergne
Tout était parfait, la petite maison est bien équipée, agréable et meublée avec goût, au calme dans une petite rue et proche du centre ville. Le petit jardin est sympa aussi surtout quand on a un petit chien. Le seul point à revoir serait le lit qui est petit alors qu'il y a la place de mettre un couchage en 160 cm. Je recommande ce gîte pour 1 couple ou 1 famille de 4 personnes.

Cause meteo dommage que nous n avons pu profiter
de l extérieur avec sa terrasse et son jardinet..

MOUZIGUE IDÉALEMENT SITUÉ
Gîte très bien situé : quasi dans le Centre ville + du Parc FENESTRE et aussi pour toutes visites / Randos aux alentours.. en restant au calme dans une impasse.
Maisonnette, équipement parfaitement conforme au descriptif, avec son jardinet (même si non profité pour cause de météo bcp trop humide..) néanmoins agréable et vraiment bien clos pour notre petite "Toutounette" acceptée !
Encore MERCI pour les délicieux sablés myrtilles, très appréciés.
