In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, come and discover this real bubble of comfort and serenity! This fully-renovated detached stone cottage is located in a hamlet of just a few dwellings (including the owners' house) at the end of a lane in the heart of unspoilt, verdant countryside.
The Holiday cottage comprises:
First floor:
- an authentically contemporary living room-kitchen with an unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside. Admire the restored period bread oven and enjoy the sitting area (2 extra people accepted at no extra charge in a comfortable 160x200 sofa-bed).
- shower room/WC
1st floor:
-Mezzanine bed (160x200).
Outside, a lovely terrace with no facing building, garden furniture and barbecue.
Numerous leisure activities: outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, etc.), Mont Dore ski resort 13 km away, La Bourboule spa 6 km. Near La Banne d'Ordanche.

Bel accueil d’Aline et Patrick toujours disponibles et discrets.
Séjour très calme et reposant dans ce gite magnifiquement restauré.
Quinze jours vite passés avec de belles randonnées dans cette région d’Auvergne comme
Le Puy de Sancy, le lac de Guéry, la banne d'ordanche, la Bourboule, le mont Dore, le funiculaire du capucin et bien d’autres encore….et tout cela à proximité.

Stijn VSB Auvergne - Review
We had a very good holiday at this gite. The welcome of Aline and Patrick was professional and friendly. We even had a nice welcome surprise with some local cheese. The gite was as described. A nice equiped kitchen, large bathroom, living room and comfortable bed upstairs.
If you like a quiet atmosphere, you are in the right place. A very nice garden with a small forest next to it. You only hear the birds, perfect.
We had a minor issue with the lock of the door but Patrick fixed it immediately, very friendly!
