Nestled away from the charming village of Beurrières, this detached house welcomes you to an enchanting natural setting, between stream and Forest, ideal for a rejuvenating getaway.

On the first floor, the Holiday cottage comprises: - a cosy living room with exposed beams and a fireplace, perfect for cosy evenings - a small kitchen opening onto the living room - a small room with a washbasin and washing machine, leading to a small barn where wood is stored (provided free of charge) - a separate toilet On the first floor: - a large bedroom with a double bed and a desk - a bedroom with two single beds Beds are equipped with comforters. Bed linen provided on request - bathroom with shower and toilet The Holiday cottage also has a garage with an entrance at the rear of the building (please note that access is relatively narrow), an enclosed courtyard with garden table and chairs, and 400 m² of unenclosed grounds. Nearby: Arlanc (Jardin pour la Terre and Musée de la Dentelle, Château de Mons), Ambert (Maison de la Fourme, Richard de Bas mill, tourist train). A 10 km Hiking trail called "Montravel" (beautiful beech forests, viewpoint) starts from the village church. Shops and services Arlanc 5 kms. Restaurant "Le Ruisseau" a few meters from the gîte, in the village. The topoguide "Balades fruitières... de villages en vergers", published by the local association Groupe Verger Beurrières, will be available in the gîte. It features Hiking itineraries highlighting the natural and rural heritage of the surrounding area. One of the trails, marked with a small blue apple, passes right in front of the Holiday cottage, offering direct access to a beautiful walk in the heart of nature and fruit trees. Please note that the owners only allow a maximum of one pet in their Holiday cottage.
