Its proximity to Issoire (6kms) and quick access to the A75 freeway (5 minutes) make it easy to reach the region's must-see sites and major local events (Grande Halle, Zénith, Foire de Clermont-Cournon, Clermont festivals, etc.).

Nearby, you can discover Usson and Montpeyroux, classified as "Les Plus Beaux Villages de France", and the Romanesque abbey church of Issoire. The Maison des Espaces Naturels Sensibles (12kms) offers themed trails in the heart of the Forest. Hiking trails are accessible directly from the Holiday cottage.
Not to be missed: the Zenith and the Grande Halle d'Auvergne, as well as many remarkable castles (Parentignat, Villeneuve-Lembron, Hauterive, Busséol, Marchidial in Champeix) and volcanic lakes, the Chaîne des Puys, the Vulcania theme park (60kms) and ski resorts (40kms).
