Situated in a quiet location, you can also take advantage of the outdoor space and especially the very large covered "lounge-style" terrace with its various relaxation areas, Spa, bar and arcade terminal. The view of the Chaîne des Puys will win you over. For your comfort, everything is included: beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided, heating and cleaning included. For young and old alike, there's an indoor ping-pong table and a dart board. On entering, you'll find: - a fully-equipped kitchen (including a Delonghi espresso maker and filter coffee maker) - a dining room with a relaxation area and a TV lounge - a bedroom with a 160cm bed - a shower room - a separate toilet.

1st floor: - five bedrooms with 160cm beds - one bathroom - one separate toilet - one shower room/toilet. Each bedroom has a 160cm bed, which can be converted into 2 80x200cm beds on request. Connected TV in each bedroom. -1 floor: - A large laundry room with water point, washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. The large garage is ideal for parking 2 to 4 vehicles. Private parking is also available. There's something for everyone in the area: visit the Vulcania and Volcan de Lemptégy parks, go hiking or biking, visit the Romanesque churches of Auvergne, downhill ski at Mont-Dore or cross-country ski at Le Guéry... not forgetting a trip to the summit of the Puy de Dôme on foot or with the cog railway.
From 01/11 to 31/03, snow equipment is compulsory. Close to Holiday cottage 63G1475 Gîte du Coudy (3 épis-6personnes). One animal maximum allowed.
