Nature lovers in search of comfort and wide-open spaces: this 100% Auvergne-made Holiday cottage is just waiting for you! Situated in the heart of nature, right next to the Burande river, on Sandrine & Wilfried's property, this Holiday cottage will delight young and old alike, for a stay dedicated to happiness and relaxation! Housed in an old barn, the gîte (not overlooked) is adjoined to the owners' house and close to Holiday cottages 63G1236 (4 people) and 63G1336 (2 people): ideal for a peaceful getaway for all the family!
It comprises on the first floor:
a large living room/kitchen with wood-burning stove (wood provided)
-laundry room.
-two bedrooms each with a double bed (140cm) and private bathroom/wc.
Second floor:
-a mezzanine with a BZ sofa (2 extra people accepted free of charge)
an attic bedroom with a 140cm bed and private bathroom/wc.
Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided and electric heating included. You'll enjoy a lovely sunny terrace with uninterrupted views over unspoilt nature and the surrounding Forest. Numerous leisure activities nearby: Fishing in the Burande, outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, etc.), La Tour d'Auvergne water sports center, downhill skiing in Chastreix, cross-country skiing in La Tour d'Auvergne, La Bourboule thermal baths, Bort les Orgues dam, Val castle, etc. Shops and services in La Tour d'Auvergne (6 km).

Très beau gîte au calme absolu. Très confortable et très propre. Sans oublier un très bon acceuil !

Un merveilleux gîte, ultraconfortable (lits parfaits !), et un accueil chaleureux.
Un discret bout du monde qui ouvre sur l'autre monde, le non bitumé, celui de la nature, sans être complètement isolé.
Feu de cheminée, table extérieure avec multitude de chaises au soleil couchant, les chats viennent en voisins sans être envahissants, et à cette époque de l'année, la lumière s'invitait dans les genêts en fleurs, au point de penser sous la pleine lune à midi en plein minuit.
