This Holiday cottage, totally refurbished in 2020 by local craftsmen using natural materials of regional origin (lime/hemp plaster...) is an exceptional place to live! It boasts an exceptional natural setting and breathtaking views of the Chaîne des Puys and the Limagne fault. Located in Le Faux Martel, a hamlet perched above the fascinating City of Thiers, you'll be in the heart of a totally unspoilt natural environment!

Numerous activities nearby: Swimming, Base de loisirs, Museums, castles, Hiking and mountain biking from the gîte.
Visits to Thiers: medieval city, cutlery museum, Vallée des Usines (an emblematic site where you can meet the cutlers of yesteryear on a walking tour along the banks of the Durolle), Coutellia (international festival of art and traditional knives / in May), not forgetting the cities of Vichy and Clermont-Ferrand, the Vulcania theme park and the Puy-de-Dôme.

Outside, you'll enjoy a veritable haven of peace of around 2000m² with a sublime view (LPO refuge), a superb orchard and a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

- bedroom with two 80cm beds (can be joined together)
- a bathroom with WC (accessible to people with reduced mobility)

- bedroom with two 80cm beds (can be joined together) and private shower room with WC
- a bedroom with two 80cm beds (which can be joined together) and two 90cm bunk beds (the top bunk bed is not suitable for Kids under 6; it is also important to note that the two bunk beds are not suitable for adults) and a private shower room
- a separate toilet
