The Holiday cottage was completely refurbished in 2020 by local craftsmen using natural materials (lime/hemp plaster...) and regional products!
The result is an exceptional place to live, with an exceptional natural setting and a breathtaking view of the Chaine des Puys and the Limagne fault!
The Holiday cottage is located in Le Faux Martel, a hamlet perched above the fascinating City of Thiers, in the heart of a totally unspoilt natural setting!
Many activities nearby: Swimming, Base de loisirs, museums, castles... Hiking and mountain biking from the gite. 5 km away (Coutelia art knife festival, Pamparina festival, visits to the medieval town, the factory valley and the cutlery museum). Easy access via the A89 motorway. Vichy and Clermont-Ferrand, Vulcania and the Puy de Dôme are less than an hour away.
Outside, you'll enjoy a veritable haven of peace of around 2000m² with sublime views (and notably a LPO refuge), a superb orchard and a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
