Entrance hall and laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, private terrace and unfenced grounds. Electric heating included. Shops and services 150 m away. Nearby: Super Besse ski resort, Lac des Hermines water sports center, Lac Pavin, hiking, mountain biking, etc.

Très agréable avec un beau temps de Printemps. A proximité du centre ville de Besse et de la Couze Pavin pour les promenades.

De plein pied, bien centré, confortable et ensoleillé.
Seul petit bémol, la douche principale qui rejette des odeurs.
