You'll be staying in St-Saturnin, a village steeped in history, with its Romanesque church, 13th-century castle, Renaissance fountain, washhouses... A green setting in an emblematic natural site, the Chaîne des Puys-Faille de Limagne, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. An ideal location for exploring Clermont-Ferrand and the surrounding area (cathedral, Michelin Adventure, Parc Vulcania, Grande Halle, Plateau de Gergovie...), the Puys chain, Auvergne churches, castles and lakes. Many leisure activities nearby: hiking, Aydat and Chambon lakes for swimming and water sports, Super-Besse and Mont-Dore for winter sports and nature activities.
The Holiday cottage is located in one of the oldest streets in the village, with an exceptional view over the Monne valley, the church and the château. An old vat house, recently renovated, whose owners have retained its character. House on 3 levels. Entrance on first floor into bright living room with 3 windows (possibility of 1 extra person in sofa bed). Garden level: vaulted kitchen/dining room with access to terrace and enclosed garden. You'll appreciate the peacefulness of the setting, with the sound of the Monne river running in the background. Foosball in the kitchen for lively games! 1st floor: shower room, separate toilet and 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms are cosy, with ceiling heights ranging from 1.50 to 2.20 meters. The first bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and the second has two single beds (90cm) with bunk beds (top bunk not suitable for Kids under 6). Gaming room with ping-pong table. Bicycles can be parked under cover.
For your convenience, the price is all-inclusive: heating, cleaning, towels and sheets. Dogs accepted (except categories 1 and 2). Shops in the village.
