Le Chamara

In the heart of the Massif du Sancy, welcome to the atypical Chamara Holiday cottage, a patois word meaning "mezzanine", at 950 m altitude in the peaceful hamlet of Roche Romaine. This cosy cottage, with its fireplace, is the ideal place to relax after a day of adventure. Between snow and swimming, just a few minutes from the medieval towns of Besse and Murol, Saint-Nectaire and Lake Chambon, it's an ideal base from which to explore the region. This 2-person cottage, with its rustic, natural decor, comprises: - A 50 m² living room, with a traditional open fireplace for cosy flambéing.
- A fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Senseo and traditional coffee makers, etc.). Mezzanine bed: - A staircase to the left of the fireplace leads to the "Chamara", the bedroom suspended under the roof, with a double bed (bed linen optional).

Basement: - A second staircase leads to the "grotto", where you'll find a shower room, a closed toilet and a washing machine. The Holiday cottage has a small outdoor area for alfresco lunches or dinners, in the heart of a peaceful hamlet with views of the Massif du Sancy. Possibility of parking a car in front of the gîte and storing bikes/skis in a shed. At your disposal during your stay: Wood for the fireplace, snowshoes, tennis rackets, private parking, small garden and barbecue.
