Located in the heart of the Massif du Sancy, this tastefully and environmentally-friendly Holiday cottage (wood, natural materials such as wood wool, soy paint) offers all modern comforts. You can relax in the adjoining partially enclosed grounds after a day's Hiking or Skiing. The owners also have a campsite next to the gîte, where you can take advantage of its facilities from May to mid-September: sauna, spa, bread depot, children's play area and shuttle bus to the spa.
The house comprises :
First floor:
- kitchen fitted in an old bread oven
- living room with pellet stove
On the raised first floor :
- bathroom with hydromassage shower
- separate toilet
On the 1st floor:
- bedroom with double bed (140cm)
- a bedroom with two 90cm bunk beds (the top bunk bed is not suitable for Kids under 6; it is also important to note that the two bunk beds are not suitable for adults) and an additional pull-out bed

Bibi42 Grosse déception
Logement froid et sombre, obligés d'éclairer et de chauffer en permanence. Odeurs d'égout persistante dans la cuisine. Et pour finir, les souris ont grignoté notre tuyau d'injection de la voiture : facture de 200e du garage. Heureusement elles n'ont pas attaqué le circuit de freinage !

Comment réagir à un tel avis ?
Tout va bien à l'arrivée, aucune remarque tant pendant votre séjour que lors de votre départ et nous voilà responsable des rongeurs auvergnats !!!
Un petit peu de sérieux...
Vous êtes entrés dans un gîte chaud, le poêle à granulés était allumé, mais comme vous n'avez pas chauffé, vous avez eu froid ; c'est normal et nous n'en sommes pas la cause.
Quant au problème d'odeurs, si tant est qu'il ait existe, il aurait pu être réglé en moins d'une minute car il provenait sans doute du désamorçage d'un siphon.
En conclusion, rien ne justifie la note que vous nous avez attribué, sauf peut-être une petite vengeance mesquine (pelle ?)...
P.S. : la moyenne des notes partielles n'est certainement pas égale à 2.
