Ideally located in the heart of the spa town of La Bourboule, these two independent, neighboring accommodations offer the perfect solution for extended families, couples of friends or small tribes wishing to get together while retaining their privacy.

Total capacity: 8 people (6-person Holiday cottage + 2-person gîte).

You'll appreciate the immediate proximity of activities: Parc Fenestre 200 m away (games, family attractions, wooded areas), Plateau de Charlannes (hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, Nordic skiing), not forgetting the ski resorts of Le Mont-Dore and Chastreix, the Nautical Base at La Tour-d'Auvergne, golf, equestrian center... Shops, restaurants and Sancy shuttle within walking distance.

Holiday cottage BD- 6 people - Recent passive house, wood-frame construction, entirely on one level and accessible for PMR.
Features:
-a large living room with kitchen opening onto dining room and sitting room with pellet stove
-two bedrooms, each with two 80cm beds that can be joined to make double beds
-one bedroom with a 160cm bed. This room is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
-a fully accessible shower room with WC
-a lovely 50 m² wooden terrace and enclosed grounds with private parking.

Holiday cottage "Le Refuge" - 2 people - A cosy, intimate 32 m² wooden cocoon, perfect for a break for two or a rejuvenating break.

-a kitchenette opening onto a sitting area
-bedroom with 180° bed
modern bathroom with walk-in shower
-a raised terrace with a warm, natural atmosphere

The two Holiday cottages are separate but side by side, just a few meters apart.
They can be rented together to accommodate up to 8 people, or separately. When you rent the whole, you enjoy exclusive use of the entire space: the Holiday cottages are never rented to two different groups at the same time, to guarantee peace and privacy.
