You’ll love this newly built wood-frame house. It’s ideally located in the heart of the La Bourboule spa town. There are many activities available right nearby: Parc Fenestre, just 200 meters away (a magnificent 12-hectare wooded area). You can also visit the Charlannes Plateau, crisscrossed by hiking and mountain biking trails, and in winter, you can go sledding, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing there. Nearby: 10 minutes away: the La Tour d’Auvergne Nautical Base, an equestrian center and golf course in Mont-Dore, downhill skiing in Chastreix or Mont-Dore… The Sancy shuttle in La Bourboule.

The house is entirely on one level and accessible to people with limited mobility.

It is laid out as follows:
- A large living area with an open-concept kitchen leading to the dining room and living room, featuring a wood-pellet stove
- Two bedrooms, each with two 80-cm beds that can be pushed together to form double beds
- One bedroom with a 160-cm bed (accessible to people with limited mobility)
- A fully accessible bathroom with a toilet

A major advantage of this house is its outdoor area, featuring private parking and a beautiful 50m² wooden deck right in the heart of the City.
