Come and stay at altitude in this bright, well-equipped Holiday cottage. Located in a small hamlet typical of the Auvergne region, it combines old-world charm with modern comforts. The stone house, typical of the local architecture, is covered with a slate roof, giving it an authenticity and a perfect harmony with the surrounding landscape. A small enclosed garden to the rear completes this warm and welcoming space.

Situated on a plateau, the commune is characterized by its exceptional panorama between the Chaîne des Puys and the Chaîne des Dores.

Nearby activities include the Mont-Dore spa, Orcival basilica, château de Cordès, Lake Servières, waterfalls, the Puy-de-Dôme panoramic train, the Puy de Sancy cable car, not forgetting Hiking and gastronomy with specialities to taste or take home.

Semi-detached with the owners' main residence on one side and a second Holiday cottage (63G1328) on the other, the two-storey house (stone facade) has completely independent access.

It comprises :

1st floor with sloping ceilings :
- a living room with open kitchen and fireplace
- a shower room
- separate WC
- access to enclosed garden at rear of Holiday cottage

2nd floor, also with sloping ceilings :
- two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm)
- one bedroom with two 90cm beds
- bathroom with WC

On the first floor, the garage is available for storing bikes, skis, etc., as well as washing machines. You can also park here or in front of the Holiday cottage.
