Come and discover this all-inclusive Holiday cottage nestled in the heart of one of France's "Most Beautiful Villages", Montpeyroux, located halfway between Clermont-Ferrand and Issoire.
This former village grocery store has been tastefully renovated with quality materials to create a cosy, loft-style design.
Semi-detached from the owners' home, it is ideal for a couple or a family with one or two Kids.
From the living room, you'll enjoy a breathtaking view of the Sancy mountains.
Behind the Holiday cottage is a private garden with garden furniture, table and barbecue, where you can enjoy meals and the view in fine weather.

Nearby, there's no shortage of activities: in the heart of the village, you can take advantage of the restaurants and craftsmen's workshops, discover the Chaîne des Puys, the village of Saint-Nectaire (famous for its cheese), the ski resorts of Super-Besse and Mont-Dore, the spa town of La Bourboule, swim in the many lakes (Aydat, Pavin, Servières...) and enjoy water sports, and for Kids, the Animal Park at Ardes sur Couze.

The Holiday cottage comprises :

First floor (access via a few steps in the entrance hall):
- a living room opening onto an attractive fitted kitchen (2 extra people accepted in the comfortable 140cm sofa bed).
- a shower room with WC

On the mezzanine :
- a sleeping area with a 180cm bed (ceiling height <1m80)

Access to the cellar under the Holiday cottage.
Private parking nearby and barn for motorcycles.
Non-adjoining enclosed grounds.
