This former village grocery store has been tastefully renovated with quality materials to create a cosy, loft-style design. Ideal for a couple or a family with one or two children (2 extra people accepted in the comfortable 160cm sofa bed), it comprises on the first floor (small staircase in the entrance hall) a living room opening onto a fitted kitchen with a breathtaking view of the Sancy mountains, a shower room/wc. On the mezzanine is a bedroom with a 180cm bed (ceiling height <1m80) above the living room, overlooking the large flat-screen TV. Behind the gîte is a private plot with garden furniture, table and barbecue to enjoy the view in summer. Access to the winery below the gîte. WIFI ACCESS. For your comfort: beds are made on arrival, towels are provided, electric heating and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Private parking nearby and barn for motorcycles.
