Very comfortable house with 4-seater Spa

Holiday cottage located on the village square in Estandeuil, one of those charming village squares where time seems to have stood still for the enjoyment of all, with a small Romanesque church right next door, an architectural marvel. The village petanque court and ping-pong table also await you, in the shade of the tall trees.
The Holiday cottage is the former village bar/grocery store, passionately transformed by Virginie and Jean-Mary, the happy owners, into a cosy eight-person gîte.
The rooms are spacious and bright, and the facilities are numerous and of the highest quality!
Bonus: if you like bubbles, you can enjoy a 4-seater inflatable Spa on the terrace (open from April to October, weather permitting).

The house includes:

First floor:
- a large kitchen with dining area
- a large living room with fireplace (wood basket provided)
- a laundry room
- separate WC

1st floor :
- bedroom with two 90cm beds
- a bedroom with a 160cm bed
- a suite with a 160cm bed and two 90cm beds, one of which is a bunk bed (the top bunk is not suitable for Kids under 6), with private shower room
- a shower room
- separate WC

Outside :
- a 40m² terrace alongside the house

If you wish to charge an electric vehicle, a supplement of €10 per charge will be charged on site.
