Come and discover the Livradois-Forez region by staying in this brand-new Holiday cottage. You'll be able to enjoy mountain biking and hiking, as well as discovering the local heritage: in Ambert: the old town, the Fourme cheese museum, the tourist train, the velorail, the Lake, the Richard de Bas mill and the Papetiers trail - in Thiers: the Coutellia art knife festival, the Pamparina festival, a visit to the medieval city, the factory valley and the cutlery museum - Outdoor activities, Cross-country skiing, Hiking, mountain biking, at the Col des Pradeaux just 30 min away.

In addition to its contemporary, personalized decor, this Holiday cottage's highlights are its outdoor spaces. Indeed, on the 1st floor of the house, you'll find a terrace of over 8m² where you can enjoy your meals. There's also a second private terrace on the first floor, and above all a large garden shared with the owner, with games for Kids (under 30kg), a brazier for summer evenings (supplement €25 to be booked with the owner in advance), a petanque court and a soccer pitch with goals. The pitch is fully enclosed, so Kids can play in complete safety.
This Holiday cottage is also ideal for Bikers: the owner can rent out his special grassy motorcycle enduro course for your training sessions, with timing (book directly with the owner). You can also maintain your bike in his fully-equipped workshop: bridge, bike wash, tools...

L'idée d'y associer un gîte stylé entre métal et bois fut une évidence ! Carole et moi ainsi que nos deux enfants vous accueillons en plein cœur du Parc Naturel Régional du Livradois Forez. Promenade en famille ou pratique sportive du vélo ou de la moto, nous vous conseillerons en fonction de vos envies.

Coco Très beau gîte
Le gîte est dans un endroit agréable par trop loin des villages environnants il dispose d’un poêle à granulé qui chauffe très bien les lits sont confortable .

Les gens de la Vienn Vacances en famille
Très propre,ideal pour 4 adultes nous étions 5 . La mezzanine est accessible par une échelle assez raide . Nous étions un groupe moyenne d'âge 60 ans . Les lits sont faits . Impeccable !

Parfait!
Gîte propre et lumineux.Tous les équipements sont de qualité,tout comme la literie.Environnement soigné et verdoyant.
Communication agréable et fluide avec les propriétaires.
Le gîte est bien situé pour visiter et découvrir de nombreux sites naturels et touristiques à proximité.
Petit bémol pour les personnes qui seraient à la recherche du silence absolu:
La route en contrebas de la petite vallée est passante,mais cela reste tout à fait confortable:)- Cleanliness

Simone Large appartment with a very nice garden
The appartement was bigger than expected. Very clean and the kitchen had a very extensive equipement to cook your own meal.
We really enjoyed cycling in the area, because of the beautifull hills and quiet roads.
From the house, you can hear the river and also the main road, however it didn't disturb us.We really enjoyed the garden and the roofed balcony to relax.
The only point of attention is the location if you want to have dinner in a restaurant. You need to go by car to Marat or Olliergues.
