Welcome to the Art Holiday cottage! Located on the second floor of a village house, just above the studio/exhibition of its owner, an artist specializing in linocuts, lithographs and paintings, this Holiday cottage is like no other, immersing you in a unique warm, creative atmosphere. Works of art, original decor and a bohemian spirit: we love it. And to top it all off, the magnificent medieval village of Besse-et-Saint-Anastaise is right on your doorstep, with all its lively, authentic atmosphere.
The Holiday cottage comprises: 1st floor - Bright living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, raclette machine, toaster, coffee maker - 1 bedroom with private open-plan shower room - separate WC 2nd floor - 1 bedroom in a comfortable cabin style (no door) with 2 single beds (90 cm) - private shower room/WC Outside, a private 30 m² courtyard-garden with garden furniture and barbecue awaits you for those lovely Auvergne evenings - accessed via the staircase shared with the workshop. Wifi included. Free public parking 20 m away. All utilities included in the price of your stay. L'Art Holiday cottage is ideally placed for enjoying the best of the region. The shuttle bus to the Super-Besse ski resort is just a few minutes' walk away - a rare asset. Lovers of nature and the great outdoors will find plenty to do, from Hiking to mountain biking and outdoor sports. The Nautical Base at Lake des Hermines offers great water sports in season. And for a truly original experience, ask the owner about taking part in watercolor sketches - a poetic and creative way to discover the area.

Stéphan Un moment hors du temps
Nous avons passé une semaine sublime dans le gîte de Nathalie et Marc. Tout a déjà été dit dans les commentaires précédents, la fonctionnalité, la luminosité, la situation au cœur de la cité médiévale, le charme du gîte. Aucun point négatif ne saurait être évoqué.
Nous préférons insister sur l’accueil exceptionnel qui nous a été réservé et sur la qualité du contact humain qui s’est noué, d’une simplicité et d’un naturel exceptionnels. Nathalie et Marc nous ont parlé de leur région avec enthousiasme et ont fait preuve d’une très grande disponibilité, en toute discrétion. La galerie d’art au rez de chaussée du gîte imprègne ce lieu d’un supplément d’âme, Marc étant un artiste d’une grande créativité quant aux techniques utilisées ou aux œuvres présentées. Séjour très agréable dans ce petit village magnifique où l'on trouve tout ce qu'il faut a moins de 10 minutes à pied.

Momo Semaine de détente
Gite conforme a la description, accueil de Marc et Nathalie super, la localisation de ce gîte est parfaite pour les visites et randonnées très nombreuses et variées dans la région. Il ne manquait rien pour nous faire passer un très bon séjour. Le village de Besse est très beau, pittoresque et son marché le lundi superbe.
