Ideally located for exploring the Massif du Sancy, between Lake Chambon and its water activities, the magnificent Hiking trails of the Chaudefour Valley, the pleasures of Super Besse in winter and summer, not forgetting gourmet breaks around Saint-Nectaire and the traditional truffade. The apartment is on the first floor of the house. This level is totally independent, both acoustically and visually, from the 1st floor apartment, which is rented year-round. You'll enjoy: - a large private outdoor space with garden furniture, barbecue, lounge and deckchairs.

SPAD Mieux, c'est possible ?
Appartement neuf décoré avec goût. La cuisine moderne est parfaitement équipé même pour quelqu'un qui aime faire la popotte. Idéalement placé à 5' à pied de tous les commerce et du cabinet médical (ça peut servir...). Pour ne rien gâté l'accueil de la propriétaire est chaleureux.

Superbe gite: belle déco chaleureuse, spacieux, très bien équipé, prestations de qualité et un garage fermé directement accessible.
la localisation est parfaite, au calme, tout proche des commerces et restaurants du village, tout se fait à pied...
