Would you like to get together with family and friends? Then you've come to the right place! La Vie d'Ance Holiday cottage is for you! We love the tastefully renovated stone house, the breathtaking views from the terrace and the carefully designed theme of the rooms. The peace and quiet and proximity to nature make this a unique place to spend a dream holiday in the company of loved ones. The owner offers the services of a caterer for a "Friday evening snack" with local products (cheeses, charcuterie...) as well as hot dishes during your stay. She will also be happy to help you organize any visits you may wish to make.
The first floor comprises:
-a large dining room opening onto the terrace
-fitted kitchen with vaulted cellar
-separate toilet with washbasin
-a shower room
Upstairs are:
-the Countryside bedroom: with two twin beds (90cm)
-the Voyage room: with two 90cm twin beds
-the Hippie room: with two 90cm twin beds
-the Teenager room: with three 90cm beds, two of which can be joined together
-the Bohème room: with three 90cm beds, two of which can be joined together, and its own private shower room
-a bathroom with shower and bathtub
-a living room with sofa bed for one or two extra people
-two separate WCs, one with washbasin
INFORMATION: only one Pets allowed and must not be left unattended in the Holiday cottage.
Activity room available on owner's request:
Need a place for group activities? The owner has a 100 m2 activity room at your disposal. Visit the Holiday cottage's social networks throughout the year to find out about the workshops on offer, how to register, participant testimonials, etc.
Overnight rental for professionals is possible, but ONLY if the room is also rented.
Electric bikes for hire on site.

nene anniversaire 50 ans en famille.
Tout etait parfait agreable sejour avec activitées ballade vtt electrique et parc activité Prabouré(tyrolienne et rando ferrata) le gite tout equipé parfait.Merci a Sylvie.

Tibo Impeccable
Site super sympa,propriétaires bienveillants. Le gîte est spacieux, rénové avec goût. On se sent a l aise tout de suite, le poêle chauffe facilement toute la maison. Préparer le repas dans la cuisine est un moment convivial, les salles de bain sont luxueuses

Pranam Yoga Retraite Yoga
Nous avons pu organisé une retraite yoga dans ce gite pour 12 personnes.
Très beau gîte décoré avec goût ! Spacieux et confortable pour tout le monde.
C’était un plaisir de préparer les repas dans la grande cuisine, très bien équipée !
La salle attenante au gîte est idéale pour la pratique du Yoga.C’est un lieu propice à la détente et au ressourcement.
Merci à Sylvie qui était bien attentive à nos besoins particuliers.
Petit village de Saint Anthème à 5min en voiture, on peut trouver tout le nécessaire : boulangerie, épicerie…Nos participants étaient ravis de leur séjour.

C’est la deuxième fois que nous louons le gîte et tout est parfait. La propreté est impeccable, le gîte est super bien équipé, on ne peut que s’y sentir bien. Et l’accueil est toujours très sympathique, merci mille fois !

Grâce au gite la Vie d'Ance de Sylvie nos vacances se sont déroulées du mieux possible. La cuisine est parfaite pour un grand nombre et les 3 salles de bains permettent une vie paisible même à 12 personnes. Nous recommandons et avons envie de revenir!
