This beautiful character house has been restored using natural, local materials, and features a magnificent lime tree dating back to Sully, giving the property a certain charm. For a pleasant and rewarding stay, take advantage of the many Hiking trails, hot-air ballooning, horse riding, mountain biking, swimming, water sports, heritage discovery...

On the first floor, you'll find:
-a dining room/kitchen
-a living room
-bathroom/WC

On the 1st floor, you'll find:
-3 bedrooms (6 beds 80x200 adjoining or separate), In the master bedroom, the beds cannot be separated.
-a shower room and separate toilet.

The grounds are enclosed and the Holiday cottage has private parking.
For the pellet stove: 15kg bag = 8€.
For the insert: 80€ per stere of wood / 40€ per half stere

Excellentes vacances à la campagne

Nous avons passé 2 semaines formidables dans cette jolie maison bien rénovée, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse, ombragée la majeure partie de la journée pendant ces journées extrêmement chaudes. Nos 3 chiens eux ont pu profiter pleinement du terrain clos. Vraiment de super vacances au calme et dans une belle région.
J'ajouterai que la propriétaire et le gardien sont très sympathiques et à vos petits soins. Merci pour tout.

Parfait point de chute

Nous avions besoin d'un couchage proche de Pionsat pour un mariage. Le gîte était parfait, très confort, calme et bien situé. Nous venions de loin alors les propriétaires ont été arrangeants sur l'heure d'arrivée et de départ.
La cuisine tout équipée et les deux salles de bain (+wc séparé) nous ont permis de tous nous préparer sereinement.
