Semi-detached to the rear with the owners' house, it enjoys privileged access to the owners' pond, located just above, with its relaxation area, barbecue and garden furniture, a rare and precious highlight.

The Holiday cottage comprises on the first floor: - a living room with dining area and open-plan kitchen 1st floor: - a bedroom with a 160cm bed - a sleeping area with a 120cm bed - a shower room with WC Outside, the area adjoining the pond features a lounge, barbecue and garden furniture, ideal for relaxing by the water. All inclusive: Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided, housekeeping and heating included. Pets not allowed. The owners offer the following for hire: paddle for the Lake, snowshoes, walking sticks, tennis rackets and balls, fishing rods, adult bikes and mountain bikes and 1 mountain bike for Kids. Hikers will be delighted: departure directly from the cottage or from the Col de la Croix Morand, a 5-minute drive away, for beautiful hikes, bike rides or mountain biking. There's no shortage of landscapes and sites to visit: the Chaudefour Valley and its majestic cirque, Lake Chambon, the Guéry and Servière Lakes 15 minutes away for fishing and relaxation, the medieval village of Besse-et-Saint-Anastaise, the Romanesque church of Saint-Nectaire, one of the five major buildings of Auvergne Romanesque art, the Château de Murol and La Bourboule 20 minutes away. In winter, downhill skiing at Le Mont-Dore, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at Col du Guéry complete an already busy program. Shops and services 4 km away.
